I really wasn’t anticipating the prospect of wearing hearing aids, so the hospitality of Jim and Sara(h) came quite welcome. As an independent provider (instead of a franchise or corporate interest), they have the flexibility to treat you like family, and that is exactly how I felt. As both an audiologist and a Hearing Instrument Specialist, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. The “smart” hearing aids he hooked me up with are awesome; I haven’t heard things this well in at least a decade. This was likely the most pleasant “medical” experience of my lifetime.
